Made For: Indira & Iyas – Oval Trilogy Engagement Ring & Groom's Signet Ring
Some projects stay with us long after they're finished, and designing for Indira and Iyas is definitely one of them.
They are two of the most creative people we've had the pleasure of designing for. From our very first conversation, it was clear they had put a lot of thought into what they wanted—not matching rings, but pieces that reflect each of their personalities while still feeling beautifully connected.
We instantly loved the brief.
Instead of asking, "How can we make these rings look the same?" we found ourselves asking, "How can they feel connected without looking identical?" That question shaped every design decision that followed.
Indira's Oval Trilogy Engagement Ring
Indira was drawn to the timeless elegance of an oval trilogy engagement ring from the very beginning.
She also knew she wanted baguette diamonds to be part of her bridal set—but not on her engagement ring itself.
As we explored different possibilities together, the idea naturally evolved into an organic baguette wedding band that curves around her engagement ring. Rather than competing with the centre stone, the band complements it, adding texture and dimension while allowing each ring to shine in its own way.
Because every curve needed to fit perfectly, we created a 3D resin mockup before production. Seeing the two rings come together at that stage allowed us to refine every angle and proportion before crafting the final pieces.
Our First Bespoke Groom's Signet Ring
While Indira's rings embraced soft curves and layered details, Iyas' design took a completely different direction.
He was drawn to the timeless simplicity of a signet ring—but, of course, he wanted to make it his own.
Together, we designed what became our first bespoke groom's signet ring, featuring a clean silhouette accented with an offset baguette diamond. It's a subtle detail, but one that quietly echoes the baguette accents in Indira's wedding band, creating a thoughtful connection between the two designs.
It remains one of our favourite groom's rings we've created—not because it's elaborate, but because every detail feels intentional.
Designed to Complement, Not Match
Looking at the finished rings today, it's hard to imagine they weren't always meant to be together.
Indira's oval trilogy engagement ring, her organic baguette wedding band, and Iyas' bespoke signet ring each have their own distinct identity. Yet together, they share the same design language through carefully considered proportions, materials, and subtle baguette details.
That's what made this project so memorable for us.
It wasn't about creating matching jewellery. It was about creating pieces that celebrate two different personalities, while telling one shared story.
And honestly, that's one of the things we love most about bespoke jewellery. Every couple approaches the process differently, and every story leaves us inspired in its own way.
