Return and Refund Policy
At Karvi Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and repairs.
1. No Return or Refund for Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces
All items purchased from Karvi Jewellery are made-to-order or custom-made, which means:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed and paid.
This applies to all Signature Collection items listed on our website, as well as bespoke orders placed via WhatsApp.
Please ensure that you review your order details and sizing carefully before placing an order. Our team is always happy to assist with any questions prior to purchase.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at team@karvijewellery.com within 1 month of receiving the product.
We will review your case and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
We do not cover issues caused by accidental damage or mishandling, regular wear and tear or Improper cleaning or storage
3. After-Sales Service
Karvi Jewellery offers the following complimentary after-sales services:
- One-time free resizing
- One-time free repolishing
These services are available within 1 year of delivery and do not include shipping fees. Additional resizing or repairs will incur a fee.
4. Shipping for Repairs
If repair or after-sales service is required:
Clients are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item to our workshop.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client, unless the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect.
5. Processing Time
If a refund or replacement is approved (in rare cases of error), processing may take 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
