Welcome to Karvi Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.karvijewellery.com and outline the terms of purchase for our jewellery pieces. By accessing this site and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Company Information

Karvi Jewellery is a fine jewellery brand based in Indonesia, specialising in bespoke and made-to-order pieces using recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones.

2. Product Offering

We offer two types of services:

a. Signature Collection (Made-to-Order)
All pieces available on this website are part of our Signature Collection and are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and paid in full, production takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

b. Bespoke Orders
For fully custom or bespoke designs—including design modifications, stone selection, engraving, or one-of-a-kind creations—please contact us directly via WhatsApp at contact us.
Bespoke services are not available for order through the website and require direct consultation.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, or specifications at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

4. Production Timeline

All Signature Collection pieces are made to order and require 4–8 weeks of production time. You will receive a production schedule confirmation once payment is received.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no changes or cancellations are allowed. As each item is handcrafted especially for you, we cannot accommodate alterations after production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, product names, photos, and other materials on this website are the intellectual property of Karvi Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karvi Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the website or our products.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during the order process is kept confidential and used solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
